Group Therapy

GrayMind offers group based therapy programs throughout the year, held onsite in our dedicated practice group therapy space.

We are currently running a Dialectical Behavioural Group in February 2024.

We have extensive experience in the role of development and facilitation of a number of group programs on anxiety/stress management, improving self-esteem, parenting, relationship skills, mindfulness, eating issues, Black Dog Institute program for depression and emotional wellbeing in relationships.

Our group based therapy is focused on psycho-education, skills development and peer support.

You may be eligible to receive a GP mental health care plan to attend group therapy and receive a medicare rebate in addition to the available 10 individual therapy sessions.
