Chelsea Powell

DIETITIAN

I am passionate about supporting individuals to develop a peaceful relationship with food that is free from guilt and shame. With a focus on nourishing your body in alignment with your values my approach supports you to make changes in food and eating behaviours, tailored to your individual needs.

As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, I have a genuine interest in supporting individuals living with an eating disorder, to achieve a state of recovery that is meaningful for them. I value taking the time to listen so that I can understand your experience. I recognise that you are the expert in your life and that is my role to tailor evidence-based intervention options based on your unique needs and goals. By providing education and choices I invite you to be an active part of the decision-making process.

I am also dedicated to providing dietetic support from a non-diet approach in the management of nutritional concerns that occur in the setting of mental health conditions, eating difficulties for neurodivergent individuals, gastrointestinal concerns and weight inclusive chronic disease management.

Through a collaborative approach, I endeavour to empower you with the knowledge, tools and support to move towards achieving your goals.

I look forward to working with you here at Graymind Psychology.
