Please be aware that a deposit is required to hold your initial session booking.

• $160 deposit for psychology individual sessions

• $85 deposit for provisional psychology sessions

• $125 deposit for dietitian sessions

• $185 for couples consults

Your deposit is refundable should you choose to not proceed with your session, as long as the cancellation is received within the 48 hour cancellation window.

If you cancel within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not arrive to your initial session booking your deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of the session fee will be deducted from the card we have on file you as per our non-arrival policy.

We offer sessions outside standard office hours to assist clients to attend amidst other commitments.

Sessions have been made available before work at 7:30am/7:45am and after 5:00pm.

Please be aware however these sessions do incur an ‘out of hours’ surcharge of $30, which is applied in addition to above standard session rates.

You do not require a referral to attend our practice. In these circumstances the full fee will apply.

You are however required to obtain a referral/mental health care plan from your GP or psychiatrist should you be wanting to claim a medicare rebate.

For referrers we utilise medical objects.

You are required to obtain a mental health care plan from your GP or psychiatrist in order to access a medicare rebate.

We provide psychological treatment under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. As such, you may be able to access medicare rebates, for both in person or Telehealth sessions, if you are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. Rebates can be processed directly for you at your session.

We offer services under Mental Health Care Plans for up to 10 rebateable sessions per calendar year; Eating Disorder Treatment Plans for up to 40 rebateable sessions per calendar year and Chronic Disease Management Plans for up to 5 rebateable sessions per calendar year.

Please note you do not require a GP referral to attend, it is completely optional and simply to aid in costs. Please see below fact-sheet for more details and how you may attain one. We are happy to discuss this further with you in your initial session PATIENT CARE PLAN FACT SHEET

Please expand the “details” tab under each treatment option above to determine specified medicare rebates and out-of-pocket expenses.

We are registered with private health insurance providers in Australia and as such if you have private health insurance you may be eligible to claim rebates on psychology and dietitian services.

Rebates available are dependent on individual cover and you are encouraged to call your health provider to obtain a quote.

We can process your private health claim in person on your behalf following your session. You will then be required to pay the remaining out-of-pocket amount.

Please be aware you cannot use your private health insurance if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.

As session times are in high demand, we require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or a cancellation fee will be charged: $150 psychology, psychosexual therapy or mental health social work, $90 for provisional psychology, and $125 for dietetic services.

If you cancel the day of your session or fail to arrive for a session, inclusive of forgetting it was scheduled, the full session fee will be incurred. Day of cancellations impacts both clients waiting for a session and the psychologist who spent the morning preparing the session.

For any appointments on Mondays, notifications of any reschedules are to be received by the latest the Friday prior. Weekends are considered out of hours.

Any sessions not confirmed by 8:00am the day prior, or Friday for sessions scheduled on Mondays, will be need to be removed and will be offered to the next client on the waitlist.

We do offer Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be too unwell to attend in person.

We offer services for ages 13+ years.

We have four designated client parking spots and there is plenty of free street parking available.
