Jessica Ash

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST | EMDR PRACTITIONER

I am a Clinical Psychologist who provides a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space for individuals to explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change. I place strong value on building a genuine therapeutic relationship, where you feel safe, understood, and able to speak openly about what’s going on for you.

I have experience working across both private practice and public health settings, including roles at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Mother Baby Unit. I support individuals with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I hold a particular interest in perinatal mental health, and am passionate about supporting individuals and families through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, early parenthood, and the transition to parenthood. This can include navigating the parent/ infant relationship, identity changes, adjustment to parenting, birth-related trauma, and shifts within relationships.

My approach is grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and EMDR.

I aim to tailor therapy to your individual needs, supporting you to better understand your experiences, develop practical strategies, and move towards a life that feels more aligned with what matters most to you. If this resonates for you, I look forward to supporting you here at GrayMind.
