I bring an authentic and empathetic style to therapy, creating a space where you feel heard and seen without judgement. I take time to understand your unique experiences and support growth towards goals that align with your priorities and values. In sessions, I am collaborative and analytical, guiding you to shift from unhelpful beliefs or coping strategies that no longer serve you.
My clinical experience has been within private and community settings, working with a broad range of mental health concerns including childhood and attachment trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, and mood disorders. These experiences have shaped my trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practice, and underpin the relational and attachment-based frameworks I draw on as a psychologist.
While I continue to work with a variety of presentations I have a particular interest in supporting those experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, and eating disorders. Within the eating disorder space, I focus on helping individuals separate the disorder from their identity and move toward a more compassionate and embodied relationship with food, body, and self.
I use a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). When working with eating disorders, I use Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E), and incorporate family work as clinically appropriate. This integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs.
I welcome people of all genders, sexualities, neurodiversities, and cultural backgrounds, providing inclusive and sensitive care for all.
I look forward to connecting with you here at Graymind.
